Marketplace role
BusinessBridgeChina provides a managed marketplace and inquiry workflow that helps buyers discover products and communicate requirements to selected suppliers. Unless expressly agreed in writing, marketplace information is not a binding offer, quotation, warranty, or purchase contract.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use only accounts you are authorized to access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity. You may not attempt to bypass role, approval, privacy, or access controls.
Supplier content
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of company, certification, product, image, and technical information they submit. Product approval means the submission may be displayed on the marketplace; it is not an independent certification or guarantee by BusinessBridgeChina.
Buyer inquiries
Buyers must submit lawful, genuine sourcing requirements. Inquiry status labels are operational tracking indicators and do not by themselves create contractual obligations between a buyer, supplier, or BusinessBridgeChina.
Acceptable use
You may not upload malicious material, misrepresent identity or authority, scrape or disrupt the service, infringe third-party rights, or use the marketplace for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when required for security, compliance, maintenance, or marketplace operations. These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
