Information we collect
We collect information you submit through account, profile, product, contact, and inquiry forms. We may also record basic technical and attribution data such as page paths, referral information, and session identifiers used to operate and improve the marketplace.
How inquiry information is used
BusinessBridgeChina administrators can review the complete inquiry. Suppliers receive only the supplier-facing requirement prepared for them, together with limited sourcing context such as product information, buyer country, and inquiry time. Buyer identity and direct contact details are not included in the supplier dispatch.
Accounts and marketplace activity
Client accounts may store inquiries, favorites, followed categories, and profile information. Supplier accounts may store company profiles, contacts, addresses, certificates, products, images, and review history. Administrative activity is restricted to authenticated administrative roles.
Service providers and security
We use service providers to host, authenticate, store, and process marketplace information. We apply access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and choices
Information is retained for marketplace operations, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate business records. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
